Whitefriars has achieved a top five-star rating in the annual 'Loo of the Year' awards for six consecutive years. Our public toilets are located opposite the Bus Station and available to our customers between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 2pm on Sundays. There is a 20p admission charge.

The toilet facilities include a Baby Changing and Feeding Room, which is available free of charge to nursing mothers.


Whitefriars Car Park

The Car Park is managed by our dedicated Car Park Team who are on hand throughout your stay to assist with any queries or difficulties you may experience.
 
For members of the Shopmobility scheme, 2 hours' free parking is allocated per week within our Car Park. For further details, please speak to one of our Car Park Team.

To assist customers with electric vehicles, we have two charging points, located next to the exit barriers. These are provided free of charge  for your convenience.

To assist you with your late night shopping on a Thursday and dining out within the city, we offer a flat rate fee of £1.70 between the hours of 6pm and 11pm Monday to Saturday.
